THE INSANITY OF BODY SHAMING!

"Eww, Oh my God, you're getting so fat? What have you been feeding on?" Theodora asked her, Kaleigh had been having a conversation with her friends before Dora came by.

"You'd better fuck off" Kaleigh was getting pissed at her comments, Dora had made it an habit, always reminding Kay of her body and making her self-conscious all the time. She watched as Dora sashayed her none existent hips down the hallway.

Kaleigh was deep in thoughts, she couldn't differentiate between her size and Theodora's. Somehow it felt true because she knew she'd been eating like a refridgerator lately, but then....

Body Shaming is the practice of making critically, potentially humiliating comments about a person's size or weight.

Been worried about my weight lately.. i weigh 50kg.... for a 14 year old girl going on 15 and i really don't care what people say about my weight as far as i still maintain the perfect stomach.

It irritates me when people make comments about someone else's size.. okay, you're free to jokingly criticize someone's weight if such individual isn't sensitive but don't over do it.
This is one reason why i love body con dresses, i use it to prove to haters that i'm confident in my own skin.

I'm guilty of criticizing people because of their body size/shape and i'm not proud of the comments i make, like: "Geez, she's so skinny, she has no ass"... This particular comment can be used as an example of the proverbial idiom "Pot calling the kettle black" if you get what i mean.

We are all guilty of this shit, don't bother arguing... even those that are criticized often criticize others.
Before we criticize people, we should at least make sure we're perfect or you keep your comments to yourself.

Everyone is special in their own way and all fingers are not equal. Fat, Skinny, Short or Tall, you're perfect in your own way.
